1 General

2 Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to manufacturing and photography differences.
• We do not guarantee that products will always be in stock. If an item is unavailable after order placement, we will contact you promptly.

3 Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa.
• For COD orders, payment is due in full upon delivery. Refusing delivery without a valid reason may incur a restocking fee.
• Bank transfer and mobile wallet orders must be completed within 24 hours; otherwise, the order will be cancelled automatically.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud or policy violations.

4 Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across Pakistan. Delivery times are typically 3–7 business days depending on location.
• Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before order confirmation.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the courier.

5 Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly sent.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• To initiate a return, contact us at supermasterr.co@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 300 501 2500 with your order number and photos of the issue.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases by the customer.

6 Warranty

• Our stainless steel products are covered by a manufacturing defect warranty for a period specified on the product page (typically 6–12 months).
• The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, chemical exposure, or normal wear and tear.
• Warranty claims require proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

7 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, text, logos, and designs — is the intellectual property of Super Master. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

8 Limitation of Liability

Super Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the value of the specific order placed.

9 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujranwala, Punjab.
